Ingredients

2 tsp. canola oil,
1/4 cup fresh ginger root, peeled and roughly chopped,
5 garlic cloves, peeled,
3 tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce,
3 tbsp. dry sherry or rice wine,
1 tsp. dark sesame oil,
1/2 lb. lean pork loin, thinly sliced,
1/2 lb. cooked angel hair pasta, kept warm,
1 green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Place the oil, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, sherry and sesame oil in the 40 oz. Processing Bowl and pulse until smooth.
  2. Pour into a sauté pan and add the pork slices. Cook on medium-high heat until the sauce starts to thicken and the pork is cooked through, stirring often.
  3. Garnish with green onions and serve over the warm pasta.
