Asian Style Chicken Wings
1 tbsp. fresh ginger, peeled,
1 tbsp. raw unfiltered honey,
1 tbsp. Asian chili paste, more or less to taste,
2 tbsp. fresh cilantro,
1 1/2 lb. chicken wings, cut into pieces
- Place ingredients, except wings, into the Single Serve Cup and pulse until smooth.
- Remove the blades from the cup after blending.
- Pour marinade into self-sealing plastic bag and add the chicken wings. Refrigerate for 1 hour or up to 8 hours.
- Prepare a gas or charcoal grill to medium-hot and add the wings. Discard the marinade. Grill the chicken for 13-18 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and no pink remains.
