Ingredients

1 cup tightly packed fresh mint leaves,
1/3 cup superfine sugar,
1 pound fresh strawberries, cleaned, hulled and halved,
1 pound fresh blackberries, cleaned and dried,
3 firm-ripe peaches or nectarines, pitted, and cut into chunks,
1 medium honeydew melon, halved, seeded and cut into bite-sized chunks,
1 cup Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. Place the mint leaves and sugar into the pitcher and blend on 1 until finely ground.
  2. Mix the fruit in a large serving bowl and toss with the desired amount of minted sugar.
  3. Serve in individual bowls topped with a dollop of Greek yogurt.
