Ingredients

2 lemons, juiced (4 to 6 tablespoons),
3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil,
1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves,
1 small sprig fresh parsley,
1 small piece fresh oregano,
1/2 teaspoon salt,
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into the pitcher and blend on 2 until smooth.
  2. Taste and adjust the flavors to your liking.
  3. Use right away or cover and store in the refrigerator. If chilled, let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes to allow the oil to liquefy before serving.
