Lemon And Herb Marinade
3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil,
1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves,
1 small sprig fresh parsley,
1 small piece fresh oregano,
1/2 teaspoon salt,
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Place all ingredients into the pitcher and blend on 2 until smooth.
- Taste and adjust the flavors to your liking.
- Use right away or cover and store in the refrigerator. If chilled, let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes to allow the oil to liquefy before serving.
