Creamy Horseradish Spread

Ingredients

3 tablespoons white horseradish (not cream),
1/2 cup sour cream,
1/2 cup mayonnaise,
pinch salt,
pinch black pepper,
1/2 sprig fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Place all of the ingredients in the pitcher or bowl and blend on 3 until smooth.
  2. Use a spatula to clean the sides of the pitcher, if needed.
  3. Chill for at least 2 hours before using.
  4. Store in a tightly closed container for up to 1 week.
