Creamy Horseradish Spread
1/2 cup sour cream,
1/2 cup mayonnaise,
pinch black pepper,
1/2 sprig fresh parsley
- Place all of the ingredients in the pitcher or bowl and blend on 3 until smooth.
- Use a spatula to clean the sides of the pitcher, if needed.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before using.
- Store in a tightly closed container for up to 1 week.
