BLT Salad With Blue Cheese Dressing
1/2 cup regular mayonnaise,
1/2 cup sour cream,
1/2 cup buttermilk,
1 tablespoon tarragon vinegar,
1/2 teaspoon salt,
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper,
1 firm head iceberg lettuce, cut into 4 large wedges,
1 ripe tomato, sliced,
1 cup fresh bacon crumbles
- Place the Blue cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, vinegar, salt and pepper into the pitcher or bowl and blend on 1 until smooth.
- Place a wedge of iceberg lettuce on each serving plate.
- Pour one-fourth of the dressing on each of the lettuce wedges, place tomato slices on the side and top with bacon crumbles.
