Ingredients

4 Roma Tomatoes, cut in 4 pieces,
1/4 Small White Onion,
1 Serrano Chilies, split and deseeded,
1 Tbsp Whole Cilantro Leaves,
1/2 Tsp Sugar,
1/2 Tsp Salt,
Juice from 1/4 Lime,
Pinch of Oregano,
Pinch of Cumin

Instructions

Add all ingredients into the bowl. Use short pulses, about 3 times until desired consistency is reached. Serve with your favorite chips and guacamole.

Best Salsa!

This is very authentic salsa and our new favorite. It’s simple, but the taste is just perfect. I added a little more cilantro then the recipe calls for and used cayenne peppers and a habeneo to spice it up. Getting ready to make this for the second time!
