Ingredients

1 cup low fat milk,
1/2 cup low fat vanilla yogurt,
3/4 cup fresh sweet cherries, pitted (or frozen cherries, if desired),
1 small banana, peeled,
10 to 12 ice cubes,

Single Serve:
1/2 cup low fat milk,
1/2 cup low fat vanilla yogurt,
1/2 cup fresh sweet cherries, pitted (or frozen cherries, if desired),
1/2 small banana, peeled
5 to 6 ice cubes

Instructions

Place all ingredients in Blender jar, Processor Bowl or single serve cup and pulse until smooth. Remove the blades from the cup after blending.

Really good!

I had to use plain greek yogurt since it was all I had on hand. Also used frozen cherries & no ice cubes. It was super thick & tasted amazing!
