Ingredients

8 oz. low fat cream cheese, at room temperature.,
1/4 cup low fat sour cream,
1/4 cup low fat Greek yogurt,
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice,
2 tsp. fresh dill, plus more for garnish,
2 tsp. chives (or green onions), plus more for garnish,
1/2 tsp. salt,
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper,
4 oz. smoked salmon, roughly chopped
thinly sliced rye bread rounds

Instructions

  1. Place the cream cheese, sour cream, yogurt, lemon juice, dill, chives, salt, pepper, and half of the smoked salmon in the Processor Bowl.
  2. Pulse until smooth. Place the spread in a serving dish and mix in the remaining salmon.
  3. Garnish with dill and chives, if desired. Serve right away with rye bread rounds or chill until serving.
