Garden Veggies in a Glass
1/2 small ripe tomato, peeled, cut in half,
1/2 inner stalk celery, with leaves,
1 tbsp. fresh flat-leaf parsley,
1/2 green onion, cut in half,
1/4 tsp. salt,
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- Place all ingredients in the Single Serve cup and pulse until smooth.
- Remove the blades from the cup after blending.
- Strain before serving, if desired.
