Ingredients

2-3 cubes ice,
1/2 banana broken in 4 pieces,
10 green seedless grapes,
1 large leaf kale torn into 6 pieces or 1/4 cup spinach,
1/2 cup water

Instructions

Add all ingredients starting with the ice to the Single Serve. Pulse and then hold to blend thoroughly. Remove the blades from the cup after blending.

Go ahead, embrace your inner meal prepper. We hear you, making smoothies the night before is a huge time saver. But, heads up, never store your smoothies with the blade assembly attached—active ingredients in some foods may lead to pressure buildup and possible injury. Store them with Sip & Seal Lids instead.

Awesome

This is one of my go to favorites. I use a whole banana. Super easy and great for breakfast or a snack.

Excellent!!!

I just tried this out and loved it! My only suggestion is that you add an extra 1/4 of banana for a creamier touch.
