Frozen White Sangria
2 cups fresh pineapple, chopped, frozen,
2 large oranges peeled and sectioned, frozen,
2 cups dry white wine, chilled,
1/2 cup brandy,
1/2 cup orange flavored liqueur (triple sec or Grand Marnier),
6 mint sprigs for garnish
- Place the chopped pineapple and orange on a baking sheet and freeze until firm, at least 12 hours.
- Place the frozen fruit and the remaining ingredients, except the garnish, into the pitcher and blend on 3 until smooth. Pour into individual glasses and garnish each with mint.
