1 medium onion, chopped,
1 large green pepper, chopped,
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped,
2 tablespoons chili powder,
1 1/2 tablespoons ground cumin,
1 1/2 tablespoons salt,
1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes,
2 tablespoons tomato paste,
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce,
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar,
2 cans (15 ounces each) dark red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- Place buffalo, onion, pepper and garlic into pot. Set to STOVETOP HIGH. Cook uncovered 20 minutes or until buffalo is cooked through, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in remaining ingredients. Set to SLOW COOK HIGH for 2-3 hours. Cover and cook.
