Almond Chai Tea

Almond chai tea, rich in antioxidants and spices, has been used for thousands of years to promote general health and well-being.

Ingredients

6 dates, cut in half
1/4 cup raw almonds
1/2 ripe banana
1 1/2 cups chai tea, chilled, strongly brewed

Directions

    1. Soak the dates in 1 cup warm water for 30 minutes. Drain. Set aside.
    2. Place all the ingredients in the order listed into the 24-ounce Nutri Ninja cup and blend for 45 seconds.
