Frozen Blending

Frozen Peppermint Pattie (Serves 2)

Ingredients

1 cup milk
2 cup ice
½ chocolate syrup
4 peppermint candies

Instructions

Add all ingredients into mixing cup. Place splash guard on top of cup and insert blending shaft. Press "ON" and blend until smooth.

Ingredients

½ cup limeade
½ cup OJ
¼ cup tequila
2 cup ice

Berry Banana Booster (Serves 2)

Ingredients

1 cup ice
1 banana, peeled
1 cup strawberries, hulled
1/8 cup protein powder
½ cup fat free vanilla yogurt

Instructions

Lean & Green (Serves 2)

Ingredients

1 cup ice
1 cup baby spinach
1 banana, peeled
2 whole kiwis, peeled
1½ cup pineapple chunks

Instructions

Add all ingredients into mixing cup. Place splash guard on top pf cup and insert blending shaft. Press "ON" and blend until smooth.

Food Processing

Curry Chicken Chicken Salad (Serves 4)

Ingredients

1lb. chicken breast, poached, cut in 2" cubes
¼ cup raisins
¼ cup walnuts
1 celery stalk, cut in 3rds
¼ cup lite mayo 1 tbs. curry powder salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

Add walnuts and celery to the 40oz processing bowl, attach gear box and power head. Pulse "ON" a few times until roughly chopped, remove power head and gear box. Add remaining ingredients, attach gear gox and power head and pulse "ON" until combined. Serve over a bed of fresh greens.

Strawberry Ice Cream (Serves 4)

Ingredients

2½ cup frozen strawberries
¾ cup milk
3 tbs. sugar

Instructions

Add all ingredients in the 40oz processing bowl, attach gear box and power head. Pulse "ON" until combined, press and hold "Turbo" until smooth and creamy.

Pureeing

Cheddar Cheese Fondue

Ingredients

3 tbs. butter
3 tbs. flour
½ tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper 1½ cup milk
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated

Instructions

Melt butter in medium saucepan, remove from heat, stir in flour and seasoning. Gradually add in soy milk stirring until well blended. Place sauce pan back on stove and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened and smooth. Cook an additional 5 minutes then add cheese. Using the blending shaft press "ON" and blend until smooth. Transfer to bowl and server with crusty bread, pretzels or fresh vegetables.

Spinach & Feta Soup

Ingredients

5 cup chicken stock
1 small onion
15oz. baby spinach pkg
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup cream
1 garlic clove
1 tsp. olive oil

Instructions

Heat olive oil in large saucepan, add garlic clove and onion, cook until onion is translucent. Add chicken stock ans spinach, bring to a boil. When the spinach turns bright green in color, remove from heat. Add feta cheese, using the blending shaft press "ON" and blend soup until smooth, then add cream and blend just until combined. Serve in bowls with warm pita bread.
