Cantaloupe Pepper Freeze

Whip up this nondairy treat in minutes. A hint of black pepper gives this sweet, fresh freeze an unexpected pop!

Ingredients

1/2 cantaloupe, chunked and frozen, (about 2 cups),
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper,
3/4 to 1 1/2 cups water, divided,
1 cup ice cubes

Directions

    1. Place the Top Blades in the Pitcher and add ice, cantaloupe, pepper and 3/4 cup water. PULSE 3 times. Add additional water if needed.
    2. Select Speed 3 and flip the switch to START. Slowly increase to Speed 8 and process until smooth.
    3. Serve immediately or transfer to a shallow glass baking dish and freeze to desired consistency.
