Ninja Coffee Bar 60-Day Taste Challenge

Consumers that do not believe their Ninja Coffee Bar™ makes the best tasting coffee they’ve ever had may return it for a full refund, including shipping and handling, within 60 days of product receipt. Purchases must have been made directly from SharkNinja Operating LLC, online or through our call centers. “Free” products received as part of a promotion are yours to keep. SharkNinja will refund the purchase price, but not provide a product exchange. A consumer may exercise the Ninja Coffee Bar™ 60-Day Taste Challenge by following the instructions below:

  1. Return the item within 60 days of receipt of your product along with the original receipt and a signed letter stating your full name, telephone number, address, and why you were unsatisfied with the Ninja Coffee Bar™ machine.

  2. Call 877-646-5288 for a pre-paid return shipping label.

    Monday-Friday, 8am—10pm EST
    Saturday-Sunday, 9am—6pm EST

  1. Exceptions

    Merchandise that has been excessively used or altered will not be accepted for return. Merchandise showing malicious physical damage is not covered under the Ninja Coffee Bar™ 60-Day Taste Challenge.

    Additionally, we cannot provide refund payments for purchases made through PayPal. Refunds for purchases made through PayPal will be made either through credit card refund or bank check and receipt of the refund may be delayed. Please contact our customer service representatives to obtain further PayPal refund assistance.
