How is the Ninja® Mega Kitchen System® different that other Ninja® Kitchen Systems?
The Ninja® Mega Kitchen System® is our most powerful kitchen system. It features 1500W/2HP professional performance in the blender, food processor and Nutri Ninja™ cups. The Mega Kitchen System® features larger food processor bowl with 8 cup capacity that can mix up to 2 pounds of dough in just 30 seconds.

How do I care for my Ninja® Mega Kitchen System®?
Use a damp cloth to wipe the motor base clean. The cups, bowls, blades, attachments & lids are dishwasher safe, it is recommended to put these pieces on the top rack. Use extreme caution when cleaning & handling the blades. Always store blades in containers or safe area.
Are there dishwasher safe parts?

What do I use each container for?
Nutri Ninja™ - personal drinks (smoothies, juices, milkshakes), salad dressing, meal prep (chop/grating)
Processor Bowl - food processing, chopping, mixing, dough, meal prep. The processor bowl should NEVER be used for drink making.

What are the different options or speeds for Ninja® Mega Kitchen System® & what are they used for?
PULSE-controlled processing; (1) Dough- making various doughs, bread batter, pizza, cookie, pretzel; 2 (Blend) - smoothies, fruit & vegetable blends; 3 (Crush)-frozen drinks, Single Service- smoothies, frozen blending, mincing, chopping, & pureeing
Will the Ninja® Mega Kitchen System® blend vegetables & fruits into drinkable liquids?
Yes. However, the Ninja® Mega Kitchen System® is not a juice extractor, so you may need to add liquid or ice to reach the consistency you desire.
Can the Ninja® Mega Kitchen System® make fruit juices?
The Ninja® Mega Kitchen System® can blend any fruit & vegetables into Nutrient Complete juices. For best results use fruits with high water content, such as pineapple, oranges & berries. If you use fruits with lower water content you may want to add a little juice to get a desired consistency.
Can I just throw in any whole fruits & vegetables?
Yes, the Ninja® Mega Kitchen System® can pulverize a wide variety of fruits & vegetables, some combinations will be tastier than others. For best results, try the Nutri Ninja™ cup or XL Pitcher for frozen drinks. Pulse several times until you reach the desired consistency.
Can the Ninja® Mega Kitchen System® make "Frozen Fruit" Smoothies?
Yes, the Ninja® Mega Kitchen System® can blend frozen fruits into delicious smoothies in a breeze. For best results, try the Nutri Ninja™ cup or XL Pitcher for frozen drinks. Pulse several times until you reach the desired consistency.
Can the Ninja® Mega Kitchen System® make Ice Cream?
Yes, the Ninja® Mega Kitchen System® can make creamy soft serve ice creams & sorbets. Add your favorite frozen fruits into the XL food processor, pitcher or Nutri Ninja™ cup along with milk & yogurt for a delicious & simple frozen yogurt! Can I make hot soup in the Ninja® Mega Kitchen System®?
No. The Ninja® Mega Kitchen System® cannot heat soups from cold ingredients.
Can I grind seeds such as flax seeds, or nuts to make nut butter?
Yes. The Ninja® Mega Kitchen System® can grind nuts into nut butter in the Nutri Ninja™ cup.

What are the blade assemblies used for?
The 6-blade assembly is to be used in the 72 oz. & the 4-blade is to be used in the 64 oz. bowl for chopping & controlled processing. The Nutri Ninja™ blade is used for ice crushing, blending, pureeing. The dough hook should be used with the 64 oz. processor bowl for any type of dough mixing.
What is the dough blade attachment used for?
The dough blade is to be used in the 64 oz. bowl for various dough’s, such as pizza, pretzel, biscuits, & breads.
How does the Ninja® Mega Kitchen System® make dough?
The unit has a unique electronic system that allows the motor to stay at a controlled speed no matter the consistency of the ingredients.
Can the Ninja® Mega Kitchen System® make dough?
Yes, the Ninja® Mega Kitchen System® can make dough up to 2 lbs., using the dough locking lever feature & dough hook on Speed 1 (dough)
Can I use the pre-mixed cookie dough powder from the grocery store?
Yes, the Mega Kitchen System® perfectly mixes pre-mixed cookie dough, batters, cakes & more!
Can I use the 64 oz. bowl for drinks, smoothies, liquids?
No. The 64 oz. bowl should not be used for drink making. Use the 72 oz. pitcher & Nutri Ninja™ cup for drink making.
What is the lever on the side of the motor base?
The lever provides extra suction to keep the motor base sturdy on your countertop when mixing dough. You should always push the lever to the LOCK position when mixing dough.
What is the mini prep bowl?
The mini prep bowl is a 3 cup bowl that nests perfectly inside the 64 oz. bowl. The prep bowl is ideal for chopping, pureeing, & meal prep.
What are the advantages of the mini prep bowl?
The mini prep bowl makes it easy to take on small task like chopping, salad dressings, & meal prep without getting the large 64 oz. bowl dirty. It nests perfectly inside the processor bowl & is designed to provide unbeatable prep performance without leaking into the larger bowl.

You receive the Ninja® Professional Prep System, lid, food pusher, slinger, storage case & four discs including: short cut french fry, grating disc, crinkle cut, & shredding.
What can I do with the Ninja® Professional Prep System?
Meal prep is a breeze with your Ninja® Professional Prep System. Shred fresh vegetables for healthy stir-fry for you & your family. Or, make sweet potato fries instantly with the french fry disc options & bake them for a healthy side dish for a summer barbeque! Use the crinkle cut disc for vegetables such as cucumbers & carrots for fun shapes on an ordinary salad. Why should I buy the Ninja® Professional Prep System?
The Ninja® Professional Prep System is a great addition to the Ninja® Mega Kitchen System® because of the professional performance power. The Ninja® Professional Prep System is easy to assemble & comes with a storage case for your discs so it takes up little real estate in your kitchen. The Ninja® Professional Prep System allows you to prepare fresh ingredients for healthy meal preparation in the matter of seconds.
How do I assemble my Ninja® Professional Prep System?
Place Ninja® Professional Prep System onto the base & turn clockwise to lock in place on the motor base. Next, place slinger inside the Ninja® Professional Prep System which is placed on the motor base (tip: the chute should be facing left when assembled on the base). Next, place slinger inside the Ninja® Professional Prep System which is placed on the motor base. Select which disc you would like and using the finger holes carefully place the disk over the slinger. Align the lid on the Ninja® Professional Prep System and turn to lock in place. Place a bowl (not included) underneath the chute to catch the food you wish to process. Plug in the power cord and press the power button. For best results, try using Speed 1. Add the food you wish to slice, shred or grate through the feed tube on the lid and enjoy!
Can I use any speed on the Ninja® Professional Prep System?
No, the single-serve speed will not work on the Ninja® Professional Prep System. Speeds 1 through 3 are able to work on the Ninja® Professional Prep System; however, it is recommended you use one for ideal use.
How do I clean my Ninja® Professional Prep System?
The Ninja® Professional Prep System is dishwasher safe. However, if you choose to clean the unit by hand, please do so with warm water & dish soap. Always use caution when dealing with discs as they are extremely sharp.
What material is the Ninja® Professional Prep System made of?

Can I use the Ninja® Professional Prep System on my other Ninja products?
No, the Ninja® Professional Prep System is able to work on the Ninja® Mega Kitchen System®
Why does the power light always blink?
The pitcher, bowl or Nutri Ninja™ Cup is not properly assembled.
Make sure the pitcher/bowl lid is assembled properly aligning the arrow on the lid with the arrow on the handle. Press down firmly on the handle until you hear a slight click to ensure it is fully engaged. The Ninja® Mega Kitchen System® will not run if the lid is not assembled correctly & is handle not fully engaged.
If using the Nutri Ninja™ cup, make sure the blade is screwed on tightly to the cup. Align the tabs on the cup with the tabs on the motor base. Turn the cup firmly to lock in place; you will hear a slight click. When the cup is assembled correctly the single-serve button will illuminate. If you are still experiencing difficulties remove the cup from the base & turn the cup to change the tab orientation.
The unit may be overheated.
As a safety feature the motor will automatically shut off if it becomes too warm during heavy loads such as dough mixing. Unplug the unit from the wall & wait 15 minutes before using again.
For troubleshooting & assembly tips at any time, refer to the Quick Start Guide which can be found in the packaging of your unit.
My blender turns on, but why doesn't the blade rotate?
It is possible that you have overfilled your vessel, carefully remove some ingredients & try again. It is also possible that the thermal protection has been activated, unplug your unit & wait 15 minutes before plugging back in.
Why won't my Kitchen System crush ice?
You must use the Nutri Ninja™ cup or 72 oz. pitcher for this task. Be sure you have not used partially melted ice.
Food is unevenly chopped:
Either you are chopping too much food at one time, or the pieces are not small enough. Try cutting the food into smaller pieces of even size & processing smaller amounts per batch.
Cannot achieve snow from ice:
Do not use ice that has been sitting out or has started to melt. For best results use ice straight from the freezer.
Food is chopped too fine or is too watery:
The food has been over processed. Use brief pulses or process for shorter time. Let blades stop completely between pulses.
Why does the lid fit so tight?
The lids are designed to fit tightly to the jar as a safety feature & to ensure that contents do not leak from the bowl or pitcher. Pull firmly up on the lock in lid handle to remove from the bowl/pitcher, when blending liquids often the lid can stick firmly to the bowl so that contents do not leak, pull firmly to remove the lid form the bowl/pitcher.
